In February 2020, I’d finally had enough of my working career as a supermarket manager so I decided to contact the previous owner asking weather it was possible to have a lesson with her as I was interested in starting my own candle business.

 

One thing lead to another and in July 2020 I took ownership of Moodee and Sass, until then I still hadn’t poured a candle but after a day class I was on my way! In the last 6 months I’ve not once looked back it’s been a fantastic journey so far.

 

Best part about it is that it’s all done from home so I’m available for my children, a freedom and work life balance I've never known before.
