Refund policy

FAULTY GOODS
Will be replaced/refunded once returned to Moodee and Sass. Moodee and Sass will not arrange a return unless the item/items are in the original packaging and at the original place of delivery. If the same item is not available a refund will be issued.
No refund will be given on freight. Replacement item/s will be delivered to the original address supplied by the purchaser. N.B. In the event of an item to be deemed faulty, Moodee and Sass will try to rectify any problem where a replacement is not available. Please contact us to discuss and facilitate an alternative or solution for you.


DAMAGED ITEMS
Must be reported within 24hrs, or a reasonable time frame, or no claims will be accepted. These will be replaced or if no replacement available the item will be refunded. Moodee and Sass will not accept liability for any breakage or damage to goods which have been moved from the original delivery point, images are required for assessment. All original packaging must be retained.

RETURN POLICY
Finishes, colour and sizes may vary due to the character of the product we accept NO responsibility for the return or refund due to these variations. Please check with us if this is vital to your project and we can arrange for further imagery sent.


EXCHANGE POLICY
Return of full priced goods for change of mind, or size/colour must contact us within 7 days of goods received. Products must be sent back to us with your receipt of purchase and must be in original packaging and in original condition for a credit/replacement only. We do not refund for change of mind. All freight costs incurred are to be paid by the purchaser, no returns will be accepted on sale items so please choose carefully.

We do not accept returns for sale items.
