DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

Dispatch from Moodee and Sass is estimated within 3-4 days from payment, this may vary in peak times. We will deliver to anywhere within Australia. Your location, product/order size will determine how soon you will receive your order.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse estimated delivery time should only be used a guideline withen 5-10 working days. Moodee and Sass will not be liable for any late deliveries.

For larger items or specialised deliveries, we may use a courier company. All other orders will be dispatched via Australia Post.

DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are determined at the time of checkout. The costs incurred will be subject to the item/s purchased and the location of shipping.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is dispatched, our carrier will contact you by email with relevant tracking information, so you can keep a close eye on your delivery. 

DELIVERY POLICY
Deliveries are dispatched using Australia Post and for larger order a courier may be used.

PICKING UP YOUR ORDER
Your order can be collected from our Pick up location detailed at checkout or by your freight carrier as part of our terms of purchase if you chose to use your own provider we will not cover your product for damages, theft or loss once it has left our warehouse. It is necessary to book in advance. Pick up times may vary please see upon check out times for each day.. Warranty will not be given for any damages, loss, fire or theft that may occur after leaving our warehouse this is the responsibility of the purchaser.
